Hitz Home rehabilitation services are offered to our residents by a team of licensed, caring professionals. Their goals are to maximize the potential of each resident through physical, speech and occupational therapy.

Stroke victims, post-operative patients and fracture cases benefit from our highly skilled team of rehabilitation therapists.

The rehabilitation philosophy at Hitz is to encourage residents to remain as independent as possible. We work as a team to provide opportunities to maximize the individual's potential.
