Our new Activity Assistant, Jordan, did chair yoga with the residents today. It is always great to get the body moving and stretching. It helps with blood flow, body strength, flexibility, stress, anxiety, and overall well-being, plus our residents seem to enjoy it! Check out our gallery below.
